NL Domestic Shipping

Due to the fact that we make all orders manually, the production time for your order is 5-7 working days. We are working to shorten the order processing time, for example, we are now creating a warehouse, as soon as we do this, we will tell you about it on our social networks.

Once your order is dispatched, our standard delivery time is 2 working days. As a result, you will receive your order 7-9 working days after placing the order.

All NL Parcels are sent PostNL delivery with Tracking Number.

If you need your order urgently or for a specific date, please contact us via email, before placing an order to ensure that we can deliver your order in time.

Orders received after 12pm may be processed the next working day.

It’s a good idea to double-check your address and post/zip code when you’re ordering to avoid any delays in your order unnecessarily.

We cannot be held responsible for any address errors on your part.

Delays to Orders

Post NL delivery times are a guide and whilst 99% of our NL orders arrive within 2 days, this is not guaranteed, and unfortunately out of our control.

If your order has not arrived by the standard shipping time, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to help. We will only be able to refund or resend your order after the order has been declared lost by Post NL. This is after 14 working days for domestic orders, and after 25 working days for international orders.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship internationally and our delivery times vary depending on the country.

Europe - 5 working days*

Rest of World - 7-9 working days*

Please note that there is a 1-3 day processing time for all orders, with an extra day if any part of your order needs to be engraved. Shipping times are calculated from dispatch.

All orders will be shipped with Tracking Number.

*Working Days are Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Please note that timings are a guide, not guaranteed, and do not account for unforeseen delays outside of our control. At busy times of the year such as Christmas, processing and delivery times may be longer. Please check in with us on social media for regular updates.

Who do we ship with?

Parcels will be sent with either PostNl or DHL and you can track your order via the link in your dispatch confirmation email.

Returns

How many days do I have to return a product?

14 Days if the item is unwanted.
Lifetime guarantee (if faulty).

and we will be happy to help and advise you on next steps. Return shipping is covered by us on faulty items. Custom items are unfortunately not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
